Define what it means and what it means for the business and stakeholders
2 When the Outputs that are valuable
EA outputs must be used for strategic planning, efficiency, effectiveness, competitiveness, and profitable.
3 When the business understands and can quantify it’s value and benefits
How & Where Do We start?
1. To get started, here are some key questions to answer:
- What documentation exists that describes where the business is today?
- Who or what can provide a clear understanding of where the business is going?
- What are the significant gaps?
- What are the business solutions?
- What are the critical issues, areas of conflict and risk?
- Who can provide the most credible answers to these questions?
NOTE: Notice I have not mentioned anything about IT yet??
